Senior Vice President(s):  Meredith & Company seeks retired or semi-retired upper level executives or principals from within certain industry segments.  Utilize your years of industry expertise while assisting our clients in meeting their investment banking needs. 

Executive Talent:  Our client, a private equity group with $4 billion in assets, desires to enter into new industries via the acquisition of companies with revenues of $50 million to $350 million. Historically they identify a seasoned President or CEO from within (or formerly within) a desired industry. From there, they build a company around that executive's unique talent. Initially a "platform" company is acquired, then several "add-on" acquisitions follow.  If you are a "Michael Jordan of the boardroom," we would like to discuss how your industry experience might meet the needs of our client.
